The best thing about this whole9/paleo diet is that it has taught me how one simple ingredient can be so diverse. This simple ingredient I am referring to is the egg. The egg can serve as the main ingredient or the side dish. Eggs can be on top, inside, to the side, and even wrapped around other foods. After eating eggs for breakfast for almost 4 weeks, I have come to love and appreciate them in all their forms; scrambled, poached, boiled, fried, you name it, and I have or will try it. I am dedicating this post to the various unconventional breakfasts that I have created using eggs.
