breakfast pizza

Is there anything better than pizza for breakfast? You don’t even need to respond because that answer to that is “NO!” Nothing is better than pizza for breakfast! These individual breakfast pizzas are so simple to make, I shouldn’t even tell you because you will want to make them every day.

The crust is a piece of whole wheat naan if you don’t have any naan, or don’t even know what naan is you can learn about it here…or you can use a whole wheat pita.  Other ingredients you need are:

eggs
cheese
cherry tomatoes/salsa
onions
diced peppers
fresh spinach
bacon (cook it first!)
olives
salt & pepper

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Scatter ingredients on top, crack an egg on top
3. Place in oven for 20-25 mins until egg is cooked to preference
